Living Well Wednesday (3/2/11)

Hello everyone! I am glad to be here and linking up with Natalie Collinson’s Coffee, Cupcakes, and Cards Oh My! blog for Living Well Wednesday.   I always enjoy catching up with the others in this ‘meme’ and seeing how their weeks have gone.  I know that preparing for these posts has gotten me to be a bit more introspective and in tune with my thoughts as I work to complete my goals.

I am also participating in the March Madness Vlogging Challenge, hosted by Simple Vlogging Tips and Penny Pinching Diva.  So this single post is a two-fer, if you will.  This is the second post of (gulp) 31 for this month, so I figure that by the end of the month, you might find me crouched under my desk, singing Kum-ba-ya!

But, at any rate, I really appreciate your stopping by to see the video du jour.  I hope you’ll join me and link up so we can support each other.

This post would not be complete without thanking my wonderful son, EMagnusTV, for doing my camera work for me!  You may, of course, check out his YouTube page at the link above.

Till next time,

YAY Jan! .2 pounds down is better than I did last week! And like you said muscles weighs more–just keep on walking. I always found that to be the best exercise AND stress-reliever.

  2. Congratulations on losing that .2lbs and for all that exercise you have been doing. You are doing great! With scenery like that in the background, I bet you have some wonderful walks.

Jan, thank you so much for joining us again for LWW. Another fabulous vlog!

Live Well and see you next week.
