All About Me in 28 Days (Day 26)

Today is all about family.  I have shown off hubby and the kiddos.  You have met my friends and my parents during this ‘meme.’  But, today, I am sharing a photo of myself and my beautiful niece!  We have very similar names, as we were both named for my grandmother/her great grandmother.  Another Hatchett Job

I know that sounds very vague, but I am not crazy about putting identifying information about children on my blog.  But, just so that any nut-ball who stops by the blog gets any cute ideas, let me mention that I am from the DEEP SOUTH where we know exactly how to deal with pedophiles–without benefit of law.  Just sayin’.

Now, where was I?  Oh yes, this was taken at Christmas 2009.  She is the pretty blond (looks so much like her gorgeous mother).  I am the, ahem, well, the redhead.

This picture was probably the last photo ever taken of me before I was forced to re-evaluate my diet in February 2010.  So, that huge thigh that appears to emerge from my shoulder is (50 lbs later) much more arm shaped!

For the record, I have two beautiful, blonde nieces, but I don’t have a photo of myself with my youngest niece.  I will have to remedy that!

I sure hope that you will link up with us and share in the fun at Lynsey’s blog, Moscato Mom.  We’d love to learn more about you as well!

BAHAHAHAHA Ok can I just say I nearly spit tea all over my laptop at the “DEEP SOUTH” and “without benefit of law” part, ROFL and I had almost recovered before the “that huge thigh that appears to emerge from my shoulder” got me choking again! hahahaha I love your blogs! Keep it up girl – you are a great writer!
