Monday Mingle (3/7/11)

Greetings, Minglers and March Madness Vloggers!  It’s another two-fer video, as it were for both ‘memes.’

For Monday Mingle, please check out Eighty mph Mom’s blog and link up with us each week.  We’d love to get to mingle with you also!  Also, the questions are listed about a week in advance, so you can prepare…

Another Hatchett Job blog, vlog postFor the March Madness Vlogging Challenge, check out Simple Vlogging Tips and Penny Pinching Diva, our hosts for the event.  We’d love for you to jump right in, but at least stop by and check out all the vloggers who are participating.  Let’s send out some bloggy love!

This weeks questions are:

1.  Where do you think you’ll be/what do you think you’ll be doing in 10 years?

2. You are ordering a hamburger at a restaurant (or veggie burger :) )– how do you have it cooked, what type of cheese and what else goes on it?

3.  What are the current gas prices where you live?

Special thanks for my gorgeous and talented son (who only works for active links) EMagnusTV for the camera work.

Till next time,

Looks like your gas prices are about the same as mine. I fear where they are headed for the summer. I kept thinking about the 10 year question…your will be graduated from college but I will be right in the thick of it with teenagers. Enjoy your time to slow down. :)

      Hi Mellisa,
I am hoping to get to slow down–that might all be fantasy! I am also really concerned about gas prices. It was such a killer to our budget when gas was over $4 a gallon before–and we had two incomes. Now, I am homeschooling with a fledgling small jewelry business. I am praying for relief!

Ditch the bun? Wow… I love my bread too much, LOL!

The woods behind your house are beautiful. I live in FL and have just a sliver of land behind us before the next house starts… sigh.

    Have a wonderful Monday!

I think in ten years my life will be a lot busier with two kids in high school. Oh man, not looking forward to that.

Love hearing the birds in the background. I hope that you do get that chance to relax. Fun! I have been eating more of my burgers with forks too. That is not too bad for gas. Have a great week!

  5. Katie says:

I thought that my parents would slow down once we graduated college, but they are actually busier than ever. My youngest sibling is halfway through college and they’re already taking lots of trips and hosting parties all the time. I think they go out on dates 2 or 3 times a week and they workout together almost every day. It’s like they’re reclaiming their lives, and they deserve it. :)

Whatever you chose to do in ten years, you can relish in the fact that it will be completely up to you. :)
