Living Well Wednesdays–2/2/2011

Happy Groundhog Day everyone!

I apologize for not posting a vlog today, but we are having some internet issues after the storms came through last night.  I am using the wi-fi connection at my friend’s home, where I actually home school (just not in MY home).  So, I will have very limited time online for the next couple of days to do postings and extensive video uploads aren’t going to happen.

Anywho….on to the information that I am supposed to be sharing right now!

This week was a bit better in terms of my eating plan.  I have stayed on track and lost 1.2 lbs.  Not too shabby.  Of course, I am still about 1.6 lbs over where I was on January 1st, but I will take whatever progress that I can take!

We went on a little hike on Sunday for 1.5 miles of hilly terrain.  It felt pretty good, but the rain here has prevented further walking.
