Living Well Wednesday, Redux!

Here we go, again!  Welcome to the first installment of Living Well Wednesday, a meme hosted by Natalie Collinson, for the year 2012!  Can I get a “woot, woot!”

This year, out of sheer necessity, I am taking it easy on myself in the resolution department.  Life has just gotten so complicated that I think that I need to be careful what I take on.

So, here goes….  This year, I will live well by taking care of myself.  I will work to relieve my stress load, eat well (or at least better than I have been) and get in some exercise.  I will work to keep the blues at bay with a little sunshine and “me” time.  I will not allow myself to drown in the stresses of being a wife, mother, and entrepreneur.  I will not perpetually put myself and my needs on the back burner.  I will not allow myself to burn out over medication schedules, tests, seizures, asthma, autism, and everyday bumps and sprains.

I will survive….hey, hey!  *winks*  Gotta love that song!

Will you join us next week?  What are your goals for 2012?

Till next time,

Hi Jan… I absolutly love your “will nots’ – I have to say “diddo”

I think that “Me Time” is the most important ingredient for Living Well.

  3. Jan, they are SUPERB goals!

I love the passion with which you say (write!) them.

Happy New Year Jan. May 2012 be YOUR year!

So glad you’re “back” Jan! We’ll survive this thing together!

  5. Take care of yourself! You can take care of anyone else unless you take care of yourself.

I love your post. You have great goals – they are simple and attainable. I think sometimes you just have to downsize to take off some pressure. There is nothing wrong with that. I wish you well in 2012, sweet friend!
